Between food intakes: water, tea, fruit from a lunch, a dinner, crude vegetables, milk. To accept multivitamins while on a diet.

Dairy during the day: (160 Kcal)

2 cups of Skim Milk or 1 1/2 cup of skim milk

Fats: (140 Kcal)
